Personality:
-Shy-
Mizuki's default position is as a shy and retiring girl, often not going out of her way to talk to other people. She's terrible at talking to boys and men, to the point that she'll avoid all contact with male teachers if she can.

-Conscientious-
Mizuki is quite academic and works very hard to get good grades.

-Clumsy-
Mizuki has a tendency to trip over her feet when particularly nervous. She also has a tendency to not look where she is going, often bumping into other people.

-Creative-
When she's not busy with other things, Mizuki is often sketching out rough drafts of new outfits or doing some sewing projects that she carries around in her bag. In her room, she is doing major dressmaking projects which when finished very rarely come out of the room.

-Stubborn-
She can be particularly stubborn when she feels strongly about something. However, being as timid as she normally is, it can come as a bit of a shock to other people when she does speak up.

Biography:

Mizuki's parents are very normal, ordinary folk; a housewife for a mother, and a fairly successful businessman for a father. The only unusual thing was that they were both fairly certain they would never have a child to call their own; that was until Mizuki was conceived. Unfortunately, Mizuki was born prematurely in a critical condition, meaning for the first few years of her life she was a very frail and sickly little girl. The fact that she was even conceived and made it to being born was in itself a medical miracle.

For Mizuki, life was fairly ordinary if a little fraught with anxiety. As her parents were very protective of her, Mizuki often saw danger or possible horrible possibilities at every turn all throughout nursery and elementary school, often picked on for being smaller than everyone else. When she reached junior high, she became a little better at being comfortable around girls and female teachers, though she still found boys a little frightening. Then one night in her second year of junior high, she discovered an entire world on the internet that she felt she could fit in. In that year and the next, Mizuki began her love affair with fashion and dressmaking, spending many evenings working alone in her bedroom.

It was around this time that a certain internet sensation was starting to appear on YouTube.

When time came to choose a high school, Mizuki's parents came to the decision that their darling daughter needed to be encouraged to mingle with more people her own age. They spent many sleepless nights worrying about the future of their only child until they finally had an epiphany. Tachikawa High was a boarding school, not too far away from them, and surely their daughter would have to socialise with her classmates since they would be living together. It seemed perfect!

And so Mizuki found herself in Tachikawa High, feeling a little apphrensive about it but at the same time hoping... that maybe this would be her chance to change for the better.
